Benefits of SMASH fish!

I always advise my clients who eat fish to go for SMASH fish:-

🐟 mackerel
🐟 anchovies
🐟 sardines
🐟 herring

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ cell membranes which are required for cell-signalling, and also for getting nutrients into the cells and waste out of the cells

🦴 strong bones and calcium regulation

πŸ’™ SMASH fish also have low levels of mercury compared to their bigger counterparts like tuna. Mercury is a hormone disruptor meaning it can interfere with how your hormones are meant to function. It can also have neurological implications.
