I want you to get lots of value out of your session. To that end, here’s what I propose to make your time on the phone more efficient and focused on YOU:
1) Please send in the answers to the following questions prior to your call with me via email:
– When it comes to your sports performance and recovery what are your biggest challenges?
– On a scale of 1-10 (10 being highest), how important is it to you to solve these challenges, and why?
– What’s the #1 obstacle that’s kept you from solving these challenges?
– What have you tried that didn’t work for you?
– Where would you like your performance to be in 6 months? 12 months?
– Is there anything that stands in your way of taking empowered action? (Time, money, spouse, previous commitments)
