Meal planning service – 7 days – £39 / 14 days £49
How great would it feel to have a customised meal plan! Benefits of a tailor-made meal plan include: 

– Saving money as you will get a shopping list to take to the supermarket and you only buy what you need. You are also less likely to eat out or grab last minute take-aways!

– Saving time as you don’t have to think ahead about what to cook and run to the shop to get last minute ingredients. They will all be in your cupboard and fridge ready for you to use.

– Having control over how much time you want to spend in the kitchen – maybe its just 30 minutes on weekdays, and longer on weekends! 

– Less waste, as when you have a meal plan your shopping list has purpose so you don’t have to worry about food in your cupboard or fridge being thrown away when it can no longer be used.

– Takes the stress out of last minute cooking when it rolls around to 5pm, or being asked “what’s for dinner tonight?”
 
More flexibility! We often cook the same tried and tested meals over and over again. Having a custom-made meal plan will encourage you to try different foods so there is less risk of boredom!

Allow me to prepare your meal plan and deliver it straight to your inbox! The plan includes the recipes, nutritional information (calories, fats, protein, carbs and nutrients), tips for each recipe and shopping lists for the week.
 
– Helps you to manage your weight goals, as home-cooked meals are healthier than shop-bought versions or eating out and you have complete control over what goes into your food, including macronutrients (fat, carbs and protein) and calories. 

Gut Transformation Program £400 

This is a 6 week gut course, based on the principles of functional medicine. Stress, processed foods, alcohol and gluten all impact our gut health. You will likely have heard Hippocrates quote “All disease begins in the gut”. 


 

First Steps Health Assessment and Nutrition Plan £135

This includes a 60-90 minute video call with me, so I can help you to pinpoint where you need to focus your health. Is it gut health? Hormones? Inflammation? Liver support? This service also includes a comprehensive analysis of your current health, health history and family history and a review of your food diary (what you typically eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks).

 

I will prepare a nutrition and lifestyle plan for you which we will discuss and agree together so that you can start implementing the changes straight away.

 

If you then decide to start a program with me (see below) the cost of this health assessment is deducted from the program.  

 

Elevate Your Health! 6 Week Program – £375 

Designed for people who want to eat healthily and need some guidance to get started. A great way to set yourself up with a healthy eating and lifestyle plan for years to come! I am committed to getting the results you want to achieve. I’ll be your personal cheerleader throughout the duration of your plan, making sure you get the results that you want to achieve!

Nurture Your Health – 12 Week Program – £750

It takes 21 days to create a habit. It takes 90 days to create a lifestyle! 

Designed for people who have more complex health issues, or for those who have a history of unhealthy eating habits, and can benefit from ongoing accountability and encouragement to reach their goals. I am committed to getting the results you want to achieve. I’ll be your personal cheerleader throughout the duration of your plan, making sure you get the results that you want to achieve!
